Your body is a vessel or conduit for everything in your life: your soul alignment, your energy, your thoughts, your identity, your confidence, your self love and your every day movement. The way that we treat our body and look after it, the more it will look after us.

Whether your goal is to gain muscle or drop body fat, we can work with you to help you achieve your goal through a variety of one-on-one and group options.

If your goal is to improve performance in a certain sport or even if it is just to improve functional fitness for day-to-day activities, our personal training programs can assist you. Slightly different to body composition training, the focus is more directed towards moving multiple muscle groups at once, improving coordination and neuromuscular control, thus training your body to work as a single unit. Combining functional training with breath work can up the performance even more by improving your overall strength & stamina.

The importance of building strength is summed up by the phrase - use it or lose it. Muscle atrophy is the wasting or thinning of muscle mass due to lack of proper use. Strength training can protect your joints from injury & improve balance and reduce risk of falls as we age. Using a combination of free weights, machines & body weight exercises, the aim is to build overall strength, muscle mass and muscle endurance through progressive overloading. Strength training is an investment.

If your goal is to lose weight or improve cardiovascular health, we have a wide variety of options for you at Soul Flex. Personal Training packages are completely flexible, customised and ‘personalised’ to cater to find an exercise prescription and intensity based on your goals.

We also have group training options that focus on cardiovascular health, weight loss and overall wellbeing.

Did you know that, according to the Japanese Society of Hypertension, Breath Work can lower blood pressure, reduce stress and promote relaxation.

I commonly hear people say that they don’t know how to meditate or they are not meditating properly. The fact is, there’s no ‘off-switch’ for your thoughts - we’re not meant to just stop thinking. Meditation allows us to take a back seat and observe your thoughts. Soul Flex will teach you this practice that has been used for centuries by our ancestors, as we simplify it and show you just how easy meditation is.

breath work

Breath work is where science meets spirituality. We use a variety of different ancient and modern scientific techniques to improve physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health by connecting you to a higher consciousness through calming the mind.

By helping you activate kundalini and tap into blockages in the chakra energy systems, it can heal past traumas and connect you with your higher self, helping you align to your individual purpose.

Spiritual benefits aside, a consistent Breath Work practice can improve athletic performance and fitness by helping to increase your lung capacity/VO2Max.

Mindset Coaching

When we hear about the Law of Attraction and Manifesting, it often seems like a bit of a ‘woo woo’ concept involving magic or witch craft. But it is actually a normal part of our existence and a naturally occurring process of the universe. In fact, the whole notion of creation is in fact, manifestation - and the universe is constantly creating. However, to fully understand the secrets of manifestation, it all starts from your internal universe - your mindset, your thoughts, your actions and your vibrations.

The world doesn’t dictate if something is possible – it is your own beliefs. Our limiting beliefs create blockages. The progressive, rationalistic evolution of human thought has caused a blockage in our ability to manifest our goals. But in order to truly learn how to become a master at manifesting, the learning requires unlearning first (to learn something that contradicts what you already know, you must first un-learn it).

As a Law of Attraction Coach, my goal is to help you move from ‘wishful thinking’ to teach you the process of determination (combining time, energy and action to accompany the thoughts), so that you can become a high vibrational manifesting machine.
